Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA is seeking a Winter 2027 Appliance Engineering Co-op responsible for contributing to rapid product development and enhancing Keurig appliances, including future Alta and K-rounds ecosystems. The role offers hands-on project work in a cross-functional team and exposure to electromechanical components and plastics.

This in-person, 40-hour-per-week program runs January 4 to May 21, 2027, with mentorship, design of experiments, and opportunities to present results

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related field
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead a new design or improvement initiative tailored to your experience and interests, then present results to leadership
• Utilize project management, guided experimentation and knowledge management tools to plan your project, develop and capture learnings
• Get exposure to a global supply chain including electromechanical components, plastics, electronics, and multi-region contract manufacturing
• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
