Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Frisco, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Supply Chain Productivity Co-op for Summer/Fall 2027. You will analyze capacity, utilization, yield, line efficiency and cost per case while supporting productivity projects across plants and HQ.

This 6-month, full-time program (July 12–December 10, 2027) offers mentoring, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to present your project to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain, or another Manufacturing-related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Tableau, Power BI, and SAP experience is preferred.

Job Overview

Fall 2027 Co-op - Manufacturing Supply Chain Productivity As a co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will analyze manufacturing capacity, utilization, yield, line efficiency and cost per case in keeping with forward demand. You will have the opportunity to work on-site at some of our manufacturing plants as well as in our Headquarter office to finalize productivity projects for 2027 to promote to Gate-1. You will also provide support for site-level and team analytics for developing productivity project pipeline for 2027. This role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit.

Shift/Schedule

Location: Burlington, MA or Frisco, TX. The KDP 2027 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 12 - December 10, 2027. Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm. Hybrid up to 25% travel may be required.

Total Rewards

$31.00/ hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
