Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Winter 2027 Continuous Improvement Co-op in Northlake, IL. You will analyze material flow, participate in cross-functional projects, and leverage data to recommend storage and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time program in a related field (Business, Process Engineering, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; capability to formalize data and suggest improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current material and product flow across a multi-building distribution network to find inefficiencies.
• Gain exposure to project management activities including planning, sourcing, and vendor coordination.
• Use data analytics to evaluate inventory placement and propose storage optimization within the facility.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing operational data.
• Partner with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to enhance material movement and storage utilization.
