Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, research, and write informational articles and training documents about the technical sales tool.
• Use and test software to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets to support our message, plans, and priorities.
• Identify user needs through discussion with end-users.
