Job summary

MFS Investment Management invites undergraduates to join our Defined Contribution Investment (DCI) Sales Co-op for a 6-month, 35-40 hour work week, Monday–Friday, in a hybrid Boston environment. You will engage with key accounts, perform Salesforce data entry, and support literature orders and client data projects.

As a Co-op, you will gain exposure to the mutual fund industry, investing concepts, and sales processes while contributing to real team initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily DCI Sales activities and data entry in Salesforce.
• Support literature orders and distribution to offices.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate conference resources.
• Prepare and run reports for the DCI team.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on data updates.
