Job summary

MFS invites a co-op student to join the Business Capabilities group, helping enhance a robust CRM tool used by our top‑rated sales team. You will assist in intake, synthesis, and writing information for internal clients.

The co‑op provides a meaningful, hands‑on experience across Technology, Sales, Finance, and Management, with structured activities and a clear learning path. The program runs for six months, Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Studying for a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interest in technology and its application in business.
• Desire to work within a motivated team consisting of various roles.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Self-driven motivation.

Responsibilities

• Design, research, and write informational articles and training documents about various aspects of the technical sales tool.
• Use and test software to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and Excel Spreadsheets to support our message, plans, and priorities.
• Identify user needs through discussion with end‑users.
