Job summary

MFS Boston is offering a Distribution Strategic Capabilities Co-op for Spring 2027 (January–June). The program provides a meaningful work experience within the Business Capabilities group, focusing on CRM tooling and internal information delivery.

As a co-op, you will design, write, and train on various aspects of the technical sales tool, develop PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks, and gather user needs from end-users. Expect a 35–40 hour workweek in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business; candidate preferred.
Strong interest in technology and its business applications.
Ability to work within a motivated, cross-functional team.
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Strong work ethic with self-driven motivation.

Responsibilities

Design, research, and write informational articles and training documents about various aspects of the technical sales tool.
Use and test software to identify areas for improvement.
Develop PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets to support our message, plans, and priorities.
Identify user needs through discussion with end-users.
