Job summary

MFS Investment Management in Boston is seeking a co-op student to join the Global Consultant Relations team. This six-month program provides meaningful, hands-on work in maintaining consultant databases, CRM (C360) and data quality, with exposure to investment management operations.

You will work Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours per week, January 13, 2027 to June 25, 2027, and gain insight into the mutual fund industry, client services, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Capable of working independently.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• QC monthly performance – ensure completion of monthly/quarterly matrix.
• Verify quarterly data in databases and date the matrix.
• Review and update ESG, DEI, personnel, and strategy narratives.
• Run and format holdings; download eVestment profiles.
• Assist with Salesforce system and data integrity.
• Support meeting prep and setup for in-person meetings.
