The Salvation Army SATS Program at Clitheroe Center seeks a Co-Occurring Counselor to manage a caseload, conduct SBIRT/ASAM assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead groups for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Under the SATS Coordinator, you will ensure program compliance with ADOC contracts, coordinate referrals, and participate in ongoing reentry planning while maintaining strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health Sciences or related field.
• Knowledge of Substance Related and Addictive Disorders (SRAAD).
• Experience with DSM diagnoses and treatment planning.
• CDCI certification/eligibility and counselor technician cert required or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Conduct SBIRT and ASAM integrated assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate groups on chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders.
• Monitor client progress and ensure documentation meets contract requirements.
• Complete timely documentation and participate in reentry planning as needed.
