The Oregon Department of Corrections seeks a Behavioral Health Manager 1 to lead a co-occurring disorders treatment program in a minimum custody facility in Portland. You will supervise counseling staff, provide assessment and treatment, and ensure program quality and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include policy development, staff development, and multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver effective care to adults in custody with dual diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Possession of a clinical license or certificate of mental health and addiction treatment AND two years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience.
• OR: A master’s degree in a related field AND one year of lead work or supervising mental health services that include mental health assessment and diagnosis.
• Credentialed as QMHA/CADC with MHACBO or able to obtain QMHA credential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the COD treatment program operations within a minimum custody facility.
• Supervise addiction treatment counseling staff and provision of care to adults in custody with co-occurring disorders.
• Develop and implement program procedures, policies, and staff schedules; monitor performance and track data.
