As a key part of the leadership team, you’ll analyse KPI data, optimize scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes training, culture, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and motivate a team up to 25.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales as part of the sales-directing team and deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Support Store Manager in talent recruitment and onboarding to retain staff.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate data into actionable behaviors.
• Plan and organize operations to ensure payroll compliance and store execution.
• Lead training and development, fostering continuous improvement and recognition.
