Job summary

Windsor is seeking a Management-level store leader in Deptford, NJ to oversee all store operations, drive sales, and ensure loss prevention. You will coach and motivate a team of up to 25 employees and uphold company policies, while delivering a friendly shopping experience.

Key duties include applying selling techniques, achieving personal and store KPI goals, managing payroll and expenses, and maintaining visual standards. Must have at least 1 year in retail management or 6 months with Windsor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store
• Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
• Communicates well and effectively in a one on one setting and in a group setting
