Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in East Rutherford, NJ to lead a team of fashion Stylists and drive store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales, manage payroll, shrink, and expenses while delivering Windsor’s Oasis experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.
• Assist Store Manager in talent recruitment and onboarding to build a strong team.
• Oversee daily store operations and organize tasks for the team.
• Lead by example, coach stylists, and foster continuous improvement.
• Uphold Windsor policies and maintain brand standards across the store.
• Support execution of Windsor merchandising directives and visual guidelines.
