Responsibilities

• Manages all store operations, loss prevention and profitability decisions.
• Directs sales efforts by coaching and motivating employees to meet goals.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and dress code.
• Maintains housekeeping, safety, visual standards and asset protection.
• Opens/closes store, conducts deposits, protects company assets, and staff scheduling.
