Job summary

Windsor is seeking an Assistant Manager in New Jersey to join our store leadership team. You will drive sales, manage operations, coach a fashion-loving team, and uphold Windsor’s Visual Guidelines to deliver an Oasis in-store experience for every customer.

You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and promote a culture of continuous improvement while partnering with the Store Manager to optimize payroll, shrink and expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution with customers and associates.
• Clear, group and one-on-one communication skills.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
