Job summary

Windsor is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage a team of up to 25, and drive store profitability through sales, shrink control and cost management. You will coach staff on selling techniques, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain visual standards on the selling floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store.
• Proven leadership experience with ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in one-on-one and group settings; able to resolve customer and associate issues.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, dress code, and loss prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Applies and coaches others on 4 Step Selling Techniques.
