Qualifications

• Must possess valid drivers license.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to work in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Trains crew in new products and orientation.
• Monitors inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Directs crew to maintain store cleanliness and adhere to standards.
• Ensures proper execution of standards and procedures during shifts.
