Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must possess valid driver's license.
• Standing for long periods of time; ability to move and inspect restaurant supplies.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Trains crew to respond promptly to customer needs and maintains service quality.
• Trains and mentors crewmembers to support leadership development.
