Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Co-Manager to oversee crew hiring, training, and development. The role supports the unit manager to operate and maintain the store for profitability and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time salaried exempt position with standard restaurant duties and alignment to Wendy's operating systems and policies. A valid driver’s license and ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting.
• Experience with interviewing and onboarding new crew members.
• Proven ability to train and develop team members.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and standards.
• Familiarity with Wendy's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, and development of crew in the store.
• Assist unit manager in operating and maintaining the store for profitability and customer satisfaction.
