Job summary

Wingstop - Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Co-Manager to support daily restaurant operations and report to the General Manager. You will lead the team to uphold food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

This hands-on leadership role requires guiding staff, monitoring guest interactions, training team members, and assisting with recruiting processes. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
• One to two years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: You will be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: Ensure SOPs are followed and accelerate service while monitoring daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: Train and coach team members, provide feedback, and assist with recruiting.
