Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Managers to support the General Manager, lead by example, and develop a winning team. You will drive guest experiences, coach staff, and execute store strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail/food service leadership and 1+ year of management. This role offers competitive pay, incentives, and a clear path to GM through leadership development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by mentoring Shift Managers and team members.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture and ensure welcoming, efficient interactions.
• Set clear expectations, give continuous feedback, and lead by example.
• Monitor store operations to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory levels, vendor relationships, cash control, and compliance.
