Wendy's in Slidell, LA is seeking a Co-Manager to lead hiring, training, and ongoing development of crew while supporting the unit manager in running the store for profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee shift operations, training, and performance management, ensuring product quality, service excellence, and adherence to safety and company policies across all areas of the restaurant.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• Minimum 1 year of line operations or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Manages costs by monitoring crew prep, production, and procedures execution.
• Trains crew in new products and service standards.
• Ensures proper execution of standards and procedures during shifts.
