Job summary

Wendy’s Chalmette, LA location is seeking a Co-Manager to execute store plans delivering sales, quality, service and profitability. Responsibilities include staffing, training, budgeting and daily operations to maximize customer satisfaction and drive results.

As a key leader, you will manage labor, training, and procedures, while ensuring adherence to company standards and local guidelines. This role requires 1–2 years in restaurant management and a college degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets store budget goals monthly.
• Meets monthly budget goals.
• Develops appropriate time definite plans to resolve unfavorable trends in controllables, Q.S.C., sales and profits.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality products.
• Resolves customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
• Trains store personnel to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Trains and manages store systems for Q.S.C. and cost controls.
• Maintains store cleanliness and writes a cleaning plan.
