Carlisle Corporation's Wendy's in Bay St. Louis, MS is seeking a qualified Co-Manager to lead hiring, training and development of crew while assisting the unit manager in operating the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role covers staffing, quality, service, and compliance with SOPs; you will monitor performance, coach staff, manage shifts, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitors crew turnover rate and causes; makes recommendations to the unit manager.
• Trains crew in new products and in customer courtesy and service times.
• Monitors food costs to eliminate waste and theft; maintains store cleanliness.
• Directs crew to correct cleaning deficiencies and follows SOPs for shift execution.
