• Trains and directs crew in service times, customer courtesy, and daily SOS goals.
• Manages shifts to ensure proper prep, production, and adherence to standards and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety by following the store cleaning plan and health department procedures.
• Performs administrative duties and writes crew schedules to meet unit plans.
