Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager, leading by example, and building an exceptional guest experience. You will own results, grow your team, and advance through a clear leadership path within a high-volume environment.

You’ll mentor Shift Managers, drive store performance, and ensure food safety and brand standards while collaborating across shifts to optimize operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by mentoring Shift Managers and staff
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• Champion food safety, compliance, and audits across the team
• Drive results through collaboration and effective scheduling and accountability
