Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and develop a winning team in a high-volume store. You’ll drive guest experiences, coaching Shift Managers and teammates to deliver exceptional service.

You will execute store-level strategies to boost sales and profitability, manage inventory and cash controls, ensure food safety, and foster open communication across shifts. All qualified applicants will be considered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a guest-first culture.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team through training and coaching.
• Set clear expectations and provide feedback; lead by example.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability through store-level strategies.
• Ensure food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
