RaceTrac is seeking a motivated Co-Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will train and mentor shift managers, drive store performance, manage inventory and cash, execute promotions, and ensure food safety and brand standards while building a winning team.

Formación

• 3-5 years in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture and welcoming interactions.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Foster open communication across all shifts.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotions, ensure food service compliance, and elevate the in-store experience.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with RaceTrac brand standards.
• Champion Food Safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing in coordination with the GM.
• Provide performance feedback and drive accountability.
