Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager in Mandeville, LA to lead a high-energy team, support the General Manager, and drive guest experiences, sales, and store performance.

You’ll mentor Shift Managers, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure food safety and brand standards across all shifts.

Required: 3–5 years in retail or restaurant leadership, 1+ year in management, strong coaching and communication skills, HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or restaurant leadership experience.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
