RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager to join our Baton Rouge store team. You will support the General Manager, lead by example, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving store performance.

This role offers competitive pay, incentives, leadership training, autonomy with supported systems, and a path to store leadership. Must be able to manage high-volume operations, develop talent, and ensure food safety and brand standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Educate team on excellent guest service and provide tools to succeed.
• Establish a warm and welcoming environment for guests, team members, and vendors.
• Provide clear guidance to empower managers on all shifts and lead by example.
• Ensure guest transactions meet expectations via training and coaching.
• Maintain food safety standards and compliance across the store.
• Train on promotions and effective communication of current and upcoming offers.
• Walk through inventory processes, vendor relationships, and stock levels.
• Monitor scheduling, staffing needs, and communicate with the GM.
• Support performance feedback and accountability across the team.
• Foster teamwork and inclusive communication across shifts.
