Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, mentoring shift managers and staff.
• Drive store performance through guest-focused service and operational excellence.
• Ensure food safety, compliance with safety regulations, and proper audits.
• Manage inventory, cash control, and vendor relationships.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and improve store results.
