Job summary

Journeys is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect company assets. You will support staffing, coaching, and loss prevention while delivering an engaging retail experience.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to work 45 hours weekly including nights and weekends, and eager to grow within a company known for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and training of team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff.
• Ensure company initiatives are implemented.
• Manage daily store operations in Manager-in-Training's absence.
• Handle customer issues and provide a full-service experience.
