Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or store leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop store staff.
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist recruiting and hiring of in-store staff.
• Support training and development of the sales team.
• Provide coaching and enforce store policies.
• Ensure execution of company initiatives and standards.
• Recognize and develop talent for growth.
• Oversee daily store operations in management absence.
• Oversee loss prevention practices in management absence.
• Communicate store needs to managers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Deliver a fun, full-service shopping experience.
• Model Journeys culture for the team.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
