Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.

• Completion of training programs leading up to Manager in Training or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing company policies.
• Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and develop staff for growth.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss prevention practices.
• Plan weekly staffing schedules in compliance with policy.
• Provide a fun, full-service customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
