RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a store leader to drive a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will mentor managers, coach frontline staff, and lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

The role requires experience in retail/food service leadership, with a focus on coaching, communication, and data-driven decision making to improve store performance. A strong emphasis on safety and brand standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team through training and coaching.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Drive store-level strategies to boost sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relations, and cash control.
• Ensure food service compliance and elevate the in-store experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards.
