Job summary

SONIC Drive-In Co-Manager in Arkansas is responsible for assisting the General Manager in running drive-in operations, training staff, and ensuring food quality in a clean, safe and efficient manner.

You will supervise Team/Crew Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops, manage scheduling and inventory, and handle administrative duties while delivering an enjoyable guest experience aligned with SONIC standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management experience.
• Able to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication and basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems with autonomy.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure service meets standards.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing levels, inventory, and food cost; completes weekly inventory.
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files, records and documentation.
• Reinforces customer service focus and responds to guest requests.
• Reports guest complaints to supervisor and helps resolve them.
