Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Escondido, CA, is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, manage payroll and shrink, and uphold Windsor's mission to empower customers with on-trend fashion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance customer service with operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• You are the Store Manager's right hand, supporting daily operations and driving our mission in your store.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
• Responsible for store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager.
