Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to serve as the Store Manager's right hand in Murray, UT. You will support sales growth, manage payroll and expenses, and help reduce shrink while leading a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists with respect and accountability.

The role emphasizes partnership with the Store Manager to uphold the brand mission and ensure smooth store operations and guest experiences.

• Coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Assistant Managers and Stylists.
