Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Windsor Co-Manager to be the Store Manager's right hand in Sacramento, CA. You will help drive sales, manage expenses, and support payroll and shrink control while leading a high-performing team of stylists and assistant managers.

In this role you will coach staff, uphold the brand's mission to empower women, and ensure the store delivers exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion environment.

• Support the Store Manager in driving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses, and ensure outstanding customer service.
