Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Store Manager to serve as the Store Manager's right hand in our Roseville, CA location. You will help drive our mission and lead a fashion-loving team to meet store goals.

You will partner with the Store Manager to manage sales, shrink, payroll and expenses, while coaching Assistant Managers and Stylists to perform at their best. This role emphasizes accountability and customer-focused leadership.
