Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Pineville, NC is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our store operations and uphold the brand’s commitment to style and service. You will drive daily performance, maintain visual standards, and ensure profitable store results.

You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists, while treating everyone with dignity and respect and building a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• As a full-time Windsor Store Manager you are responsible for driving our mission statement in your store.
• You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability.
• You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
