Job summary

Master Teacher role with Crossover requires partnering in a full public-school classroom in the United States, Springfield, MA or Houston, TX, to run Alpha’s model alongside an district-employed teacher. You will leverage your classroom leadership to motivate students, design workshops, and coach the partner teacher as they implement the model.

Responsibilities include co-owning outcomes, building a student-led culture, and using live data to inform instruction and behavior.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as the primary teacher responsible for a full-size public-school classroom.
