Crossover is hiring a Master Teacher for an in-person, full-time role in Springfield, MA or Houston, TX. You will co-lead a public-school classroom with a district-employed teacher, applying Alpha's mastery-based model in a true partnership, with a $100,000 USD yearly salary and W2 status.

You will design project-based workshops, drive student ownership, coach the partner teacher, and use live data to guide instruction, aiming to scale the model across classrooms.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience as the primary teacher in a full-size public-school classroom.
• Experience leading or developing other educators in public schools.
• Experience designing and delivering a project-based learning unit from scratch.
• Ability to build a classroom culture of ownership, accountability, and motivation.
• Willingness to work in person at Springfield, MA or Houston, TX.
