• Define the wedge by selecting the first U.S. segment with a repeatable bookkeeping problem.
• Shape the offer by turning delivery capability into a scoped service with pricing and measurable outcomes.
• Build the pipeline with outbound, referrals and partnerships.
• Own onboarding by translating signed agreements into clear scope and a coordinated handoff to delivery.
• Prove value with service metrics and real improvements in timeliness and visibility.
• Convert and expand by building recurring relationships and expanding accounts.
• Build the company by establishing repeatable commercial processes and operating cadence.
