Job summary

LedgerOps Ai, a Foundery venture, seeks a Co-Founder (full-time) to own the commercial company in the United States (remote). Compensation $80,000–$120,000 per year with a defined path to significant ownership; vesting terms are settled in the Co-Founder agreement.

You will set market strategy, ICP, pricing, and go-to-market, lead generation, discovery, proposals and closing, and manage customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong experience selling B2B services to U.S. SMBs
• Ability to translate operational capability into a simple commercial offer
• Comfort owning revenue, metrics and customer outcomes
• Experience building repeatable go-to-market engines

Responsibilities

• Define wedge: select the first U.S. segment with a repeatable bookkeeping problem
• Shape the offer with pricing and scope
• Build and lead outbound, referral and partnership programs
• Own onboarding and governance for new customers
• Prove value with measurable outcomes and dashboards
• Build the company with scalable commercial processes
