Qualifications

• Prior experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Experience in construction or home services.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team.
• Review job specs to determine materials and tools.
• Assess conditions on-site and assign crew duties.
• Install products with support of national team.
• Monitor progress to keep project on time and budget.
• Communicate with customers during the project.
• Complete paperwork and check-in/out procedures.
• Safely load/unload materials and operate company vehicle.
