Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Construction/home services industry experience preferred.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high‑performance team on local jobs.
• Determine materials, tools, and equipment before reporting to site.
• Plan and assign duties based on time and priority.
• Install products with support of a national team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on site.
• Complete paperwork and check‑in/out procedures.
• Mentor crew and supervise in Foreman's absence.
