Job summary

Groundworks Canada Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Co‑Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will learn to lead crews, manage daily site operations, and uphold our safety and quality standards on foundation projects in New York.

Training pathways and certification programs support career growth alongside field work. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, allocating resources, and mentoring two or more crew members while reporting to the Foreman.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience in construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before reporting to site.
• Assess conditions on-site; plan based on time, tools, and order of work; assign duties to crew.
• Install products and services with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Monitor progress to keep the project on time and within budget; ensure safety and quality.
