Job summary

Groundworks in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Co‑Foreman to learn how to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards. This role includes hands‑on leadership training, certification programs, and a clear path to advancement as you develop leadership skills in the field.

You will work alongside an experienced Foreman, install products, and help ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company procedures and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience in construction/home services/trade work or general labor required.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Assess job conditions on-site; plan based on time, tools, and order of work; assign duties.
• Install products with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Lead and mentor crew; step in for Foreman when needed.
• Communicate with customer before, during and after completion of job.
