Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to jobsite leader in North America’s foundation solutions team. You’ll work alongside an experienced Foreman, learn leadership skills, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate tasks, assess job sites, arrange tools, and mentor a crew while ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Background in construction or home services.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform strenuous labor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high‑performance team and coordinate tasks.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• On-site assessments and planning for time, tools, and work order.
• Install products with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate work while tracking labor hours and productivity.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after completion of the job.
• Complete paperwork, check‑in/check‑out procedures as needed.
